When you request a quote, use our contact form, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you give us, typically your name, phone number, email address, the area you are in and a note about your roof. We only ask for what we need to respond to you and quote for your work.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free inspection, prepare a quote and carry out any work you agree to. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to deliver a service you have asked for or where required by law.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you contact us, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and providing roofing services. Where we carry out work for you, we process your data to perform that contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer details only for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we securely delete them.
